If you are a member of Westgate and Birchington Golf Club, reached the age of sixty and retired then the Evergreens could be for you.

Each Tuesday, the Evergreens meet, either for social golf, for a competition or a match against another veterans club.

If it is social golf, the Captain will make sure you are teamed up with other players.

The Evergreens also play away at eight other clubs including, Cinque Ports, Belmont and other fine clubs.

The cost for this is only £5.00 per annum.

If you play in a match, home or away you must have lunch.

Evergreens also meet unofficially on a Thursday morning and all are welcome

At 4840 yards and flat this course is very suitable for veterans and, with the cheapest bar in town this must be a must for those over 60.
